The Speaker added a House Special Committee on Fisheries                                                                        
Committee referral for the following:                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 227(RES)                                                                                            
     "An Act relating to state ownership of submerged land underlying                                                           
     navigable water within the boundaries of and adjacent to federal                                                           
     areas; and providing for an effective date."                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
CSSB 227(RES) was referred to the House Special Committee on                                                                    
Fisheries with further referral to the Resources Committee.
